Summary: Room was ok. Have no idea about the staff because everything is through a kiosk. The whirlpool tub was useless because of low water pressure and no hot water

Summary: Amy W. was extremely helpful and delightful during our check in. I made a mistake in booking dates and Amy W. was able to change the booked dates for us so we could get the last room available on the actual date that we showed up. Amy W. made our stay possible and even though I made an error, she was able to rectify my mistake and make our stay possible. The Great Wolf Lodge is fortunate to have an employee like Amy W., because she provided us with outstanding customer service and made our stay possible. Thank you Amy w.!!!

Summary: Tried to check in at the kiosk, but was ignored by the staff. The place was too crowded by day pass people. Everything was way over priced.

Summary: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. It is definitely a family friendly and safe place for children. We used the hot tub and it was very pleasant, except for the foam it produced.

Summary: Check in was ridiculous, staff were not overly friendly or helpful. We were there on an extremely busy weekend and we were not impressed with the staff. Our bathroom blow dryer didn't work, the room air conditioner didn't get cold, and the floors were gross. We did enjoy the water park, but spending over $1,000 a night, we were disappointed.

Summary: I want to give the biggest thank-you to Diana at Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine. She went above and beyond and completely turned what could have been a horrible experience into a positive one. Her calmness, professionalism, and patience reassured us the entire time. Not once did she show attitude — she smiled, she was kind, and she was genuinely helpful from beginning to end. My family has been going through an extremely rough year. Our son was recently diagnosed with cerebral ataxia, and my mother-in-law is battling cancer. Stress has been high, and this trip was supposed to give us a little break. Diana made that possible. Her compassion and thoroughness meant more than she could ever know. also to the night, Manager Dylan I believe that’s his name. It was 11 PM when we spoke with them on Saturday night that he was able to fix the issues given us a free complementary night for future visit. We truly hope managers and corporate see this and recognize what a gem they have on their team. Diana, and Dylan the manager at guest services thank you for making a hard season just a little bit brighter for our family. Your kindness made all the difference.

Summary: Holley did a great job checking me in and making me feel welcome. I came to stay to be near the airport. No kids. But I found a great place to tell my friends about for their grandchildren. The rooms were very nice clean and clean friendly. I could see how it would be a great kid frienfly plac.
